Paula Carroll and her husband have lived in De Luz since 2015 and she has been active in the Womens Club serving on the Board for over 5 years, including years as Secretary. She has been active in community matters and has attened many meetings of the DLCSD Board and committees. She has always had an interest in community service and feels  that it is an important part of life, giving back and serving the community.
