The 1st District includes about 485,000 residents and encompasses the cities of Wildomar, Perris and all of the City of Riverside. The district also covers the unincorporated communities of DeLuz, Good Hope, Highgrove, LaCresta, Mead Valley, Meadowbrook, Tenaja. Also in the 1st District is the March JPA as well as March Air Reserve Base.
